I think of roto as an opportunity to draft decks that are hard to draft normally, so I’m always coming in with a strategy and a pick list (or two)

How many Moddy Rotisserie drafts have you participated in?

Is it twenty yet? It’s getting there

Do you like or dislike the seat you were assigned? Why?

This is the third time in a row that I’m in seat 3 and it’s pretty good but I’d rather be in seat 1

What’s your favorite card in Moddy?

I got to play Birthing Ritual once and it was a blast so it might be my new favorite, maybe it’ll earn a permanent home

What’s your least favorite card in Moddy?

This is more of a prediction than an opinion but I’m going to say Invert Polarity

What is your strategy going into the draft? What’s your backup plan if your primary strategy is unavailable?

There have been some spicy cards added since last time. I’m currently looking at Phlage and based on seating order I’m pretty sure I can grab it and go some form of Jeskai depending on how the other seats shake out. If I can’t get Phlage I may pivot into a Birthing Ritual -> Anafenza-type combo strategy probably starting on Serra Paragon.

What card(s) do you think you can get late for your strategies?

If I go jeskai I’ll say Narset, if I go Birthing Ritual I’ll say Anafenza
